Great accommodation situated right on the main Street. Easy access to all the Onsen. We enjoyed the breakfast set in the cafe while soaking our tired feet in the foot. Great staff well- appointed rooms and reasonably priced

Seems to be connected to costa coffee from the branded cups , though branding otherwise is unnoticeable. You get machine coffee, which made an ok flat white (certainly not the best you can find in Japan ). The small French cakes were ok. The space is relaxing with jazz playing in the background . The owner friendly.

This is a really nice cafe with very tasty snacks and great coffee. The huge bonus is that you can also soak your feet - such a relaxing experience. Dogs are also welcome

Stay here for one night. The price is reasonable, though no Onsen or shower in the stay, it is good enough as we will enjoy the different Onsen outside. The stay also provided both wafuku and yukata for choosing, the girl is very details and patient to teach us how to wear them. Breakfast is simple, but good enough and full the small cakes are yummy too. I must stay here again.

Had a great stay here at the Ashiyu Cafe! We were here for 3 nights which enabled us to throughly explore the town. 1 min walk from Kinosaki station which was very convenient. Very clean rooms and friendly staff including the owner Kawabata :) They provide yukata’s, shoes, tabi socks and towels for you to walk around town and go onsen hopping which is great. The rooms don’t have showers however this is normal for the town as each onsen requires you to use the hot spring showers before and after use. Yummy breakfast included every day which consisted of thick toast, 2 mini sausages, coleslaw, cold boiled egg and yogurt. Would definitely recommend to stay here as a budget friendly and comfortable stay in Kinosaki! :)

By far the best costa coffee shop in the world. We got there by surprise and on a cold day and we got a relaxing coffee with a feet onsen. The coffe espresso is way better than Starbucks and the house made canelle are really nice. Definitely you have to try.

Stayed here overnight. Room was nice enough but no shower which is normal for this town I think. After a confusing conversation the hotel provided us with traditional gowns to use while exploring the onsens which was a nice touch. They don’t provide a pass to the onsens here but you can purchase from any onsen. Didn’t eat here but did enjoy a cider in the footbath which was delicious.
